It was a Sunday, my wife and I had identified a property we wished to buy, Tony answered his phone and we met at the property later that Sunday. Thank you Tony, if you did not assist us to act so quickly, than the property would have been sold the next day several times over. Tony then assisted us a few months later to sell our existing property and we did so within 2 weeks of listing for a price for which we were very pleased.
