We have already posted our comments about the most incredibly smooth (& help-filled) purchase I’ve ever had - (Thanks Brenton & Team) So ; THIS TIME we would like to review AFTER-PURCHASE SERVICE & Tenant placement & Tenant/Owner/Body Corp relationships & communication - Once again, FIRST CLASS, right from the start. The ‘Rental Team’ is run by Lisa, Mark, Morgan & Megan. Their service was & still is extraordinary. No questions, task or challenge was too hard. The first most impressive action was to find us a tenant; These guys started looking for QUALITY tenants, even way before our settlement day. And as for making sure we were getting QUALITY tenants; I could hardly believe the application & their process.
