Chris Rice - Honest, professional and personable

Having moved from Sydney, and been inexperienced with the Brisbane real estate market, Chris, just so happened to be the agent who helped us into our first home in Brisbane. Despite being in the buyers position, we were immediately impressed by his willingness to assist us in understanding the processes which we were so new to us. Chris is incredibly personable, he is down to earth, and an honest gentleman. And when we considered selling our home in late 2020, it was with no hesitation that we phoned Chris. He is someone whom we trust, and knew would genuinely listen to our needs, and who would help us achieve the results we wanted. Chris upheld superb communication throughout the whole campaign. He provided regular feedback without delay, and worked with us to grasp any, and all, opportunity when it came knocking.
