Couldn’t recommend Meagan enough!

I first knew of Meagan from seeing the agent signboards around Cannon Hill and Murarrie. When I first considered selling my apartment and decided to reach out to her, one thing that stood out immediately was that she is incredibly easy to speak with while maintaining that extremely professional demeanour. She was prepared for the first catch up even if I was only in the initial stages of considering to sell and her wealth of knowledge demonstrated her extensive experience in the local market. She was flexible on what circumstances suited me most, as I didn’t go to market until a year or so later, and it felt like she was just there whenever I am ready to go. When I was finally ready, she gave me confidence that I was going to be in very good hands, and this translated over to her amazing team who were very responsive from the get-go. Communicating with them was easy and, in no time, I felt like I was part of a mini-Meagan team. Any changes that needed to be made or feedback to be provided were very easy to send through. Going to market was also a positive experience, with Meagan and her team’s professionalism really shining through. I never felt I needed to prompt for an update. With her and her team’s help, we were able to achieve a great result in a short timeframe and again, I couldn’t recommend her and her team enough.
