I went to the Place auction without knowing I need to pay a lot for Foreign Investment Residential Application. It added to the final purchase cost significantly! There is no cooling off period although it’s written in the auction contract! The term should be deleted to avoid confusion! Anyway I am happy to settle down in Brisbane in Brunswick Street which is only 200 meters walk to the story bridge! I can enjoy the River walk and beautiful city view every day! Shane and Alexandra and their team are very helpful in the property inspection, providing related documents, auction and transaction procedure. Thank you very much!

Shane was very responsive as the agent selling the property. We requested to meet on-site prior to the auction with a pool installation company, and he facilitated this for us seamlessly. He had a thorough knowledge of the property, having known the developer and even called him directly (while we were there) to answer a question we had about the building material used.
