When I met Robyn I had my property on the Gold Coast on the market with another agent and was looking at properties in Brisbane to buy. I was not successful in securing that particular property in Brisbane but Robyn, aware of my circumstances of having to sell before I could buy, stayed in contact with me to assist where and if she could. When the three month contract with the original agent ended with no result, fully aware of my frustration, Robyn offered to come down from Brisbane to the Gold Coast to look at my home. On review, and freely admitting that the Gold Coast was not her area, Robyn agreed to market my home. Robyn presented a marketing plan that was both well thought out and well prepared. The distance might necessitate some different approaches, but it was definitely workable and 'doable'. We would both give this a really good shot.
