I recently worked with Kai on the purchase for one of my clients in manly West. Kai was responsive, attentive and had his clients best interests are heart. We initially offered pre-market and the seller decided to go to market. so we left it. Kai contacted me a few weeks later to see if my clients were still interested, and they were.
