Cannot speak more highly!
My wife and I chose Shane Hicks at Place to list our home in Camp Hill to be sold via auction. After meeting with Shane and Antonio, and a number of other agents, we gave carriage of this important task to Hicks Team because of the warmth and care we felt from both Shane and Antonio. They did not disappoint! Their process was impeccable, and we were well informed from beginning to end. We SOLD our property on the day and cannot speak more highly about our experience with the Hicks Team. Highly recommend!!!

Why would you use someone else?
We cannot thank Shane and the rest of the Hicks team enough for their efforts during the sale of our house. The Place marketing really is second to none and we felt our house was the most important thing to them which I'm sure is the same for every client. Every step in what is such a stressful experience was simplified by the team making us feel relaxed and at ease. Antonio was excellent to deal with during the process and was always on hand to offer realistic advice or sort any queries we had. Hannah was fantastic and extremely thorough in her communication with us and any requests were followed up imminently. Auctions can be extremely daunting and stressful, these guys will get you through it with ease!

From the very first phone call Shane and his whole team were able to clearly advise me of the whole sales process right through to settlement dates.
