Highly recommend the Hicks Team! Shane thoroughly knows the current market and his price guide was spot on. We recently bought and sold with the team and found Shane, Antonio, Hannah and Alexandria all wonderful to deal with. Communication was great from all the team, we couldn't be happier with both our purchase and sale.

From the first meeting with Shane - I knew this real estate venture was going to end well. Shane & his team were not only amongst the most friendly and welcoming but also supportive in simply everyway. I went to the Place auction without knowing I need to pay a lot for Foreign Investment Residential Application. It added to the final purchase cost significantly! There is no cooling off period although it’s written in the auction contract! The term should be deleted to avoid confusion! Anyway I am happy to settle down in Brisbane in Brunswick Street which is only 200 meters walk to the story bridge! I can enjoy the River walk and beautiful city view every day! Shane and Alexandra and their team are very helpful in the property inspection, providing related documents, auction and transaction procedure. Thank you very much!

Shane was very responsive as the agent selling the property. We requested to meet on-site prior to the auction with a pool installation company, and he facilitated this for us seamlessly. He had a thorough knowledge of the property, having known the developer and even called him directly (while we were there) to answer a question we had about the building material used. The professionalism of the Camp Hill Place Team was impressive.

Alex, Shane and the crew are the best of the best. From the moment I met them, I knew I was going to be in good hands. The team gave great market guidance, were excellent communicators and super professional throughout the whole journey. They made selling a breeze.

Nothing to talk about Shane and his team because they were excellent! Everything was super smooth unlike other agents I met to purchase the property. I strongly believe Shane and his team always work for both, buyers and sellers. If I sell my property, I'll work with this team again. Also, I already left my details to his team to buy another property. Highly recommended professional agent in Brisbane, I believe.

My wife and I chose Shane Hicks at Place to list our home in Camp Hill to be sold via auction. After meeting with Shane and Antonio, and a number of other agents, we gave carriage of this important task to Hicks Team because of the warmth and care we felt from both Shane and Antonio. They did not disappoint! Their process was impeccable, and we were well informed from beginning to end. We SOLD our property on the day and cannot speak more highly about our experience with the Hicks Team. Highly recommend!!!
