I recently purchased a property through Robyn. Whilst I understand the Real Estate agent's job is to work for the seller I found Robyn to be open, honest and reliable at all times. Robyn answered my (many, many) questions quickly and frankly every time and stayed in touch with me through out the process. I didn't feel pressured at any time and was comfortable and confident in the procedure. Robyn did a good job at negotiating and I think she ensured a good price for both the seller and me as a buyer. I would recommend Robyn for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jamal Naouri was our real estate agent earlier this year when we were selling our investment property. Jamal recently sold out property in Bulimba. He went above and beyond what a normal estate agent would do.We could only do photos on a Sunday night and Jamal was there the whole time. He advised on do's and don't's and he looked after our property when we had to go away, from emptying bins,to bringing in the post and watering the garden. Open hours were convenient and he would give plenty of notice for showing people around. He is an easy person to get along with especially in the stressful time of moving. We would highly recommend Robyn and the team at PLACE in Coorparoo as they were able to give us an accurate appraisal of the value of our property and provided us with the right campaign that achieved the best result. Robyn did an amazing job and was diligent in everything she did, she never gave up on our property in being able to sell even when we did, she stayed positive all the way throughout and to her credit in the end of the 8 week campaign on the 12th hour we received a contract with an offer that was very close to what we wanted. Her negotiation skills were very good and her communication and credibility sets her apart in this industry. It was easy to reach her at any time and we always received a return call when we need questions answered. We sold at the end of last year 2015 where the market changed slightly and became quite unpredictable, Robyn was able to read what the buyers wanted through collated feedback and was very proactive in making suggestions in what we could do to enhance our chances in selling at the price we wanted. We did this a couple of times throughout the campaign and in the end the changes we made as a team made all the difference in getting the sale. I think in this day and age you need an agent like Robyn who is going to be ACTIVE and PROACTIVE in selling and not like some Agencies who just get you on their books and let the campaign run itself out.
