Multiple times over the years I've been with Place Kangaroo Point, I've had to follow up overdue Urban Utilities bills. They change Property Managers quite frequently, but no matter who it is, I will usually get 1-2 bills that they forget to pay and it's quite difficult to follow them up about it unless you call their office regularly.

It was a busy time in the lead up to Christmas which we thought would make the whole experience difficult, however Rebecca & the team kept up constant contact and went out of their way to be helpful & available.
