Great communicator!
It was a pleasure to work with Richard to secure a 3 bed 2 bath 2 car unit purchase in a competitive market. Richard took care in every detail of the auction process, to which I was new. Richard showed genuine interest in my client needs. I had felt dismissed by other agents as I wasn't a cashed up southern investor.
