Covid19 unfortunately happened at the same time that we were advertising our property, however Michael swiftly had solutions to overcome the challenges that came along with Covid19; he worked with us, made recommendations and suggestions to us and changed our tactics in line with the current climate, resulting in a successful offer and successful sale. We had a set timeline of 1 month to sell our property, and even with Covid19, Michael was able to sell our property within time frame and for the sale price that we were looking to get.
