Aaron is very competent, successful agent which is obvious from his sales record and yet he is still friendly and approachable. Arranging open house days for my property was navigated through all the short term rentals and he and his team were very flexible in this regard. Although the property didn't achieve the sale price I anticipated, Aaron did achieve a sale within a few months which I accepted as what the market would pay at the time. I highly recommend him and his team and will definitely use them again should the need arise - they get the job done.
