We have lived in New Farm for more than 15years. I have taken a keen interest in the market atetnding countless open homes and interacting with many agents. When it came to sell we had narrowed down the list of selling agents to 3 based on relationships with them and their success in the area. I am in the mortgage industry therefore have used data available to me and also knowledge based on open houses I have been to determine what I thought was a good market value. I said to my wife the agent that estimates closest to our estimate and has the drive to sell the property will get our business. Agent 1 under quoted, I believe they wanted a quick sale. agent 2 quoted Hollywood dollars thinking this will secure our business. Aaron was the most realistic and will not over estimate to get your business. Our requirements were to achieve fair market value and quick sale. Aaron presented a professional marketing campaign and provided a price range. Aaron mentioned he has many buyers on his books including buyers agents. All agents mention this therefore I was a little doubtful.True to his word Arron presented an offer from a buyers agent first week before the first open home. We achieved a price higher than his upper estimate, the contract was also a cash offer. The price achieved was one of the highest in the area for the nature and age of the property. What more could we have hoped for? Looking to sell in the area, go no further than entrust Aaron to sell your property. He was the runs on the board and is an expert in the area. We have no hestitations recommending Aaron as a selling agent.
