We had very difficult tenants in the apartment while it was listed, making showing it a nightmare for Alex on a weekly basis. Nevertheless, Alex was positive with clients and proactive with the building manager making sure we had the best chance with each potential buyer. Alex sorted minor repairs on our behalf and made sure the tenants cleaned up in a way the building manager was unable to for almost two years.
