To be fair our purchase was a little difficult. We were overseas. Slow banks etc. We had to request a couple of contract extensions and didn’t really receive the understanding support from Aaron that we would have liked, so let our solicitor handle it. When we arrived looking a bit worse for wear from an overseas all night flight the receptionist saiid “you’re renting I presume” Wow. I gave the address of our purchase and she didn’t know anything about our key collection despite my email reminder earlier in the week. This didn’t really evoke a feeling of being valued. I think the automated responses were good, but not very personal. However Aaron’s assistant did a fast final inspection for us which was really appreciated and thorough. There have been issues with the apartment having body corporate disputes, but certainly not holding Aaron and the team responsible for that, just not the greatest experience on this occasion. I think all agents need to remember that markets turn. It’s not always in favour of the seller so buyers need equal regard.

We are is NSW and purchased an appartment online in Brisbane. A bit nerve racking not seeing it ourselves. But we were fortunate enough to have Dylan Leone from Place Realty, New Farm as our agent and as our eyes. Nothing was too much trouble for him to arrange for us, even after hours. Virtual inspections, pictures and all information sent immediately. The purchase, which can be overwhelming, was handled by Dylan and Aaron Woolard's team, effortlessly and took so much stress off us. And I can say when we did finally visit the property after settlement, we were not disappointed one bit. Every aspect and detail was as we had been informed.
