I was impressed with her confident appraisal of the market and her ability to explain where my property was placed both advantages and downsides. Overall she was very pleasant to interact with and responsive to my suggestions. The price was a little below my expectations but there was logic to it as developers had been active in the area buying up places on size of land regardless of quality of house and this had resulted in lower prices

I have known Alex since I bought an apartment through her about 7 years ago. I was impressed with how much she knew about the area, the complex and the unit. We remained in touch and she gave me frequent updates about how the market was performing over the years. When the time came to sell our unit we didn't even think about using a different agent than Alex. She helped us through the process and told us what to expect at every stage. The sale ended up taking longer than expected, and the sales price ended up a bit below expectations. But we're still very happy with the work Alex did for us.

Working with an agent that is so called outside the area and doesn’t sell within Alderley often did concern me. Alex with her strong history of achieving strong sales results and short time frames was why she represented the site. It was sold within 3 weeks with several offers that where much lower than we accepted. She was always easy to speak with, negotiations where simple and easy.
