I met Alex during an auction in the neighbourhood and had a feeling that this agent was going to sell our first home we had renovated. Alex and her team are very professional in dealing with buyer and the seller. 100% on communications. Our appartment was 2 story and ground floor. So different to others which had its challenges to find the buyer. So initial market price was set too high and i say we lost good buyers in the early part of the campaign

Aaron was a delight & dream to work together with from start to finish. On our first meeting I described to him how I envisaged our ‘perfect’ house sale going (long settlement, off market, no need to paint, fix & style) - laughed and said I knew it was impossible. 6 days! later he delivered the impossible - incredible. The price was better than we had hoped for too - astonishing. He then held our hands through everything necessary until settlement day. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.
