I understand now why Arron is the number 1 agent in New Farm. The way he communicates with the vendor is exemplary and always has the vendor at the front of his mind. One small criticism though. Place estate agents didn't need to inflate the property price for the vendor to sign with them.

Aaron had a deep understanding of his market and is one of the most capable residential agents I have ever met.
