I subsequently met Alex at an Open House in the city. The nature of the sale at Ashgrove was that the owner was seeking a very quick sale and settlement with minimal intrusion on her privacy. Alex understood this completely. Alex was able to diplomatically negotiate an end result that was suitable for both the seller and the purchaser. The marketing campaign had begun, the styling was in place and I had 6 weeks to sell.
