The agent (Jake) communicated with me in a timely and professional way. Before the end of each lease, he would send me an email informing this very early and sent me information about the nearby rents. This allowed me to have plenty time to make informed decision of the next rental terms and conditions. With requests for additional services such as gardening or repairing things from the tenants, they would send me photos, messages from the tenants, and quotes from different services so I could select the most suitable ones. As a landlord living far away from my investment property, this timely and detailed communication is essential for me. I strongly recommend their service to other landlords.
