Thorough property management
Emma Christie has managed my property effectively and has communicated with me effectively and in a timely manner. Monthly statements have always been on time with reliable payments. Tenant vetting and property inspections have been thorough with 360 degree photos on inspection reports. When selling, Emma has helped with cleaning inspections, upgrades, repairs, quotes and negotiations with tenants. I recommend Emma to landlords without hesitation.

My agent from P-place made my life easy and enjoyable as I had no concerns about my rented property.

Very helpful and responsive
Emma did a fantastic job looking after us during our stay in the apartment. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions or concerns. We had an excellent experience with the property management Place Estate Team specially to our property manager Emma, from the beginning to the end of our tenancy. She’s is always professional, reliable, and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Any maintenance requests or concerns were addressed promptly, and communication was consistently clear and friendly. The whole Place team was approachable, fair, and made renting a positive, stress-free experience. Thank you for making our tenancy such a positive experience!
