Good communication and friendly
In general, we had a good experience with Place. They were responsive to emails and queries. The team was always friendly and willing to help when they could and also very responsive to any repair/maintenance the property required. We feel Place is trustworthy, however, we were expecting more support when the last renewal was coming. The rent increased by AUD160 and we think as good tenants that it could have been reviewed in detail. We had been living there for 5 yeas and the property was always very looked after, we always paid the rent in time, the repairs were minimal and we thought these would have been put in consideration. It was very disappointing.
