Gareth was fabulous to deal with from day 1, making the entire process seamless and answering any questions I had (and there were many) as a first timer. My property was off the market after only one open home, and I put this down to the marketing and expertise of Gareth and the team at Place. Since obtaining tenants, Emma has been very communicative and pleasant to deal with and I have the upmost faith in her and the team managing my property moving forward.
