From the outset, Darren was upfront and very helpful. Throughout the process of selling our house to purchasing our unit, we found Darren to be approachable, supportive and knowledgeable about most aspects of the real estate market. At first, we believed the suggested price for the sale to be exaggerated, as has happened on previous occasions with other Real Estate Agents. Ben was excellent with his communication throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. Ben explained the process step by step and was clear with what was expected of us. When everything finally came together at settlement, it was great to finally meet Ben in person at the office, collect the keys and enjoy our place.
