My experience with Denis is consistently postive. My wife and I first met him at an open viewing, we didn't like the place but rather than acting defensive he took the time to understand what we were looking for then followed up by proposing some places that were under construction. This was only possible because Denis takes time to cultivate relationships with both clients and developers. When he introduced us to the place we eventually pursued he knew the local market history, the spec of the build, everything was at his finger tips. He worked through some adjustments to the place and was absolute direct straight shooter for the negotiations. I have no reservations recommending Denis to and potential buyer or vendor.
