My only surprise that wasn’t a reflection on James but was on the agency - was that with previous purchases I have received and congratulation gift which I feel is always a lovely gesture and welcome into a new home. Place didn’t do this and feedback would be that maybe for their buyers this could be introduced.

Chris gave us helpful advise on improvements to make on our home before it was advertised and provided us with a clear sales strategy. What impressed us was the work Chris did prior to advertisement. He contacted possible purchasers through his contacts, generating interest, plus ensured that potential purchases he was going to take through the property were interested at the price and in the time frame we wanted to achieve. This was key with COVID-19 restrictions limiting viewings. The results were fast, within 2 weeks Chris had a contract on the property at the price we wanted. Even better, Chris found us our next home for us.
