I received a flyer from Karen, about selling our apartment, nearly dumped it in the bin . We had just gone through a unpleasant dealing with a real estate bloke, who did not have a clue, But i rang Karen had a chat, and this Lady came across as some one that cared and knew what was going on the in the area our unit was in. After the phone conversation I was ready to let this lady sell our apartment.
