Honest, No BS sales Agent!
When you have lots of real estate agents and agencies competing in the same market, it becomes difficult to identify the ones which can cater your your specific requirements. Donna made our decision easy with her NO BS attitude to set us in the right direction and not just over promise and under supply. Donna kept us informed in the constantly moving market and structured a suitable marketing package to ensure we reached a wide audience to find a buyer. The auction process work well to maximise the sale price and Christian handled the Auction process extremely well to bring the low bids up to meet our expectations. Terrific personal service
I found Steve to be quick to respond with any queries and documents I required. I came on to the scene as a potential buyer late in the sales campaign and had to make some quick decisions. I found Steve to be a straight talker who knew the Redcliffe market well. I had dealt with other agents up there who seemed very hard to get onto and not so professional so it was a pleasure dealing with Steve from Harcourts who provided traditional old fashioned personal service. I will continue to use the Harcourt property management services as I rent the property out.

No nonsense professional.
Steve came to inspect my property after deciding to sell, I had met with three other agents prior to meeting Steve. He came across the most confident and knowledgeable and was by far the most prepared for our initial meeting. The open house inspections throughout the marketing campaign were seem less, and a lot of buyer interest delivered a great result at auction. Highly recommend Steve and his team at Harcourts unite.
