Nyssa is very knowledgeable, and was excellent at communicating throughout the sale process. She explained everything at the start, discussed options and found out what we were comfortable with, then made a plan to sell the house which would give the best outcome for us. There were plenty of updates every week via calls, emails, face to face meetings to keep us involved and in control, and she also offered her expertise and suggestions when it was needed most. She is very good with people, which gave valuable insight about potential buyers, and is very understanding of people's situations. All in all a very pleasant, low stress process selling with Nyssa and Harcourts.

I would personaly like to thank not just Steve, but his whole team for the manner in which they handled the sale (Auction) of my property, under very dificult curccumstances to say the least.... Steve unfortunatly had to navigate not only selling our property but the uglyness that is a divorce. The manner in which Steve and the team treated myself and family was nothing short of amazing... Under extrem conditions Steve not only sold our house, but was able to keep both parties fully informaed at all times (No matter how difficult). Thankfully to the efforts of Steve and his team, we sold on auction night.... I would say Steve and the team are not just your aveage run of the mill realestate agaents, they become family, the great kind!!!
