Kim and her team were perfect. Kim was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. Out of the three real estate agents I spoke she set realistic goals and gave excellent advice on what needed to be done to achieve the best results taking in all circumstances. Kim asked me what I thought I would get as she was the third agent I spoke too and I gave her the figure they had provided. She then asked what I wanted which was a good deal higher. Well if took her 2 days to get my WANTED price not the expected. As I said absolutely a LEGEND. But it was also the outstanding service Kim gave after the sale was the most impressive, she helped in every aspect to make sure everything was smooth and both buyer and me (seller) had a smooth process. I can say she is amazeballs and will only ever use her services in the future.
