Smooth experience with a talented agent who most importanly listens to the buyers and the seller
After 3 quotes from differant agents, Adrian was the only agent to suggest staging our empty granny flat and he was also the only agent to get back to me when he said he would. Its like when you go to a open house and they take all your details and you never hear from them. I would never hire a agent like that as they are letting potential buyers go. During the sale period Adrian always kept in contact and was also always available if I had questions. Also the fact that he has Satu there at inspections helps with ensuring all potential buyers know the benefits of the property. I have been to a lot of open homes in the area and out of all the agents I have talked to Adrian would be my only recommendation as he contacts you back from a open even if you say you are just looking, he is approachble and friendly, however the most important aspect is he knows how to sell. Many agents are good at sighning contracts when a buyer drops in their lap. It's more important to be able to sell to a buyer who is still unsure. Well done Adrian and Satu, great job, very pleased with the outcome.

Adrian did a fantastic job helping us purchase our new home. He was very accommodating, patient and thorough. Friendly but business like all the same!!
Adrian is a very competent Real Estate Salesman with loads of local knowledge and advice. As vendors we were handled with a great deal of respect and guidance and care . Adrian always kept us in the loop with many calls and very prompt call backs which is very important to a vendor. Our property was sold with in a short time and his negotiations skills are top draw WHAT MORE COULD WE WANT!!!. Thank you Adrian .
