Sam provides outstanding client support!!

We can't thank Sam enough for the brilliant support he gave us as we negotiated our way through selling our Mum's house. He was such a positive force during this time.. I'd never sold property before and no question was a bother for Sam. He kindly responded to each one with clarity and was quick to get back to us. He checked in to see how we'd fared after the cyclone as he knew we lived in the same area as his parents. There's a lot to get your head around when selling a house, and this was more than just a house to us.. it was my and my brother's childhood home. Sam was just so understanding about how overwhelming things can seem, and he kept us up to date in real time, which kept stess levels to an absolute minimum. Sam has a keen understanding of what clients are going to need to know, and how to reassure and make the process enjoyable - whether I was sharing photos of the house in its early days, or texting to check in whilst I was wandering around Bunnings' plant section - Sam kept the encouragement up all the way. He was diligent with looking after our property.. from ensuring everything was locked up tight after each open home, to having the 'right' lights turned on to show the house at its best, to encouraging people to remove their shoes to keep our wooden floors clean. Sam's customer service and knowledge of the process was outstanding. He made sure paperwork got to us on time, texting if an email had been sent to be sure we didn't miss anything. Wonderful to know Owen is on the job!
