We can't thank Sam enough for the brilliant support he gave us as we negotiated our way through selling our Mum's house. He was such a positive force during this time.. I'd never sold property before and no question was a bother for Sam. He kindly responded to each one with clarity and was quick to get back to us. He checked in to see how we'd fared after the cyclone as he knew we lived in the same area as his parents. There's a lot to get your head around when selling a house, and this was more than just a house to us.. it was my and my brother's childhood home. Sam was just so understanding about how overwhelming things can seem, and he kept us up to date in real time, which kept stess levels to an absolute minimum.
