Tough Market? You Need a Tough Agent. Owen and the team at Place Sunnybank sold our home in one of the most difficult market conditions we had seen in Brisbane in July 2026. Following the budget, the Brisbane property market had softened significantly, and in the week leading up to our auction, the auction clearance rate was only around 13%. Despite the challenging conditions, Owen remained confident, determined and focused on getting us a result. Great result and excellent service from Owen and his team. I had a really positive experience selling our home with Owen Chen and Jacky Chu from Place Sunnybank.
