Back to the future

This year marks 7 years since Caiti sold negotiated the purchase of our Morningside Property. It was a totally seamless experience, and this fact has not been forgotten. Time goes on and circumstances change so as part of that we decided the Sale of the property was the right option for us. We had been contacted by another Real Estate Company, unsolicited by my wife and I. Despite the Agents best intentions, no matter what our instructions were, they simply weren't respected. I had kept Caiti's contact details and when we had the property ready, we instructed Caiti on the initial way we wanted the Property Marketed ("Off Market"). Caiti and her Assistant, Jane (Hayes) as well as the rest of the Place Team respected our wishes and after further Marketing Advice we were able to achieve a remarkable result. I In a matter of weeks the property was under Contract and eventually settled spot on 28 days after Inspections, sue diligence etc. Place Wynnum were outstanding, and we could not possibly achieve a better result. Both Robyn and myself thoroughly recommend this agent You WIIL NOT be disappointed. They Listen!
