Excellent experience dealing with Ben

It's interesting that real estate agents often get bad rap. I have just sold my home of 30 years and purchased this property in Manly West, and my actual experience has been the polar opposite. Ben was the agent for the seller so there was no financial incentive for him to go out of his way to help me out after I signed the contract. He was there with me during building inspection and gave some insight into the house history. When I rang my service provider to organise the move of my NBN connection after settlement I had to find out if the property had an interior NBN box. Ben made a special trip to the property and rang the seller to sort out the details for me. There was no obligation for him to do this - he is just a genuine bloke. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone either buying or selling their property.
