Team you can rely on
There were many things to consider before putting the property on the market. The most critical decision we made was to find the right team whom we could rely on. Throughout the whole process, Vanessa and Jess have been confident but helpful, energetic but thoughtful, direct but caring, and fast but meticulous, to all parties involved. Clear communication and dedicated work ethic are their standard working style which has been beyond our expectation. Advertised No 1 agency in a suburb could be cheaply googled, but I’d like to ask you to contact Vanessa and Jess before making decision on the right team to work with. We did it and we did it correctly.

Very professional experience
Vanessa and Jess were superb. We were buying in a rising market and there were negotiations, but they handled the whole sale professionally and with extremely clear communication. Notably, they treated the tenants in the property very respectfully and helped them find a new place to rent.

Poor buying experience
Platinum displayed a lack of experience and unprofessionalism during this sale; having being in the real estate business less than 12 months perhaps this is less than surprising. Purchasing a house can be a stressful enough situation but when an agent mismanages a relationship between a seller and buyer so poorly, you do wonder what the agenda is... Miscommunication, not passing on information and messages between vendors and twisting of the truth, all examples of a pretty poor experience. The service approach is friendly, fun and light-hearted, however, this appears in our case to just be compensating for a lack of integrity and inexperience in the business.

Excellent service and support
Vanessa created an outstanding internet listing, and brought in a large number of prospective buyers to inspect the property. She was very thorough in chasing the prospective buyers up and we landed up selling the property after the first weekend. Both us as sellers along with the buyers were supported by Vanessa and Jess all the way through the process which was very reassuring.

Our experience with Vanessa .
We have known Vanessa for a period of 12 months. In that time we have come to know her as an honest , respectfull and hard working lady. We first experienced her professionalism when we had our first meeting with her in October 2019 when she was engaged with another real estate agency. I believe after a short period of time she realised her potential as a 'Go get Em ', I don't need to work for somebody else sort of lady and decided that life would be better doing things her way under her control.. We have had our property on the market for 12 months with 4 other agents that just wanted to tell you what they wanted , not what we wanted. In the end , Vanessa did her job and got the sale. I give Vanessa 5 stars for her follow up on all facets of keeping the client in the loop. No lies , that's all that vendors ever ask of their agents.

Stress Free Experience
