Was looking for a first home in Dubbo having moved for work. Kristy was very generous in her time and effort in providing general advice about the town and was more than willing to give frank comments about different parts of Dubbo. This was really helpful to me as someone who wasn't a local. After the first place I made an offer on was sold to another buyer, she reached out once a similar property came up for sale and very promptly organised an inspection. I had other agents make similar commitments but fail to follow up in a timely manner and so it was quite refreshing to experience. Going through the purchase, I felt I was treated very fairly and with a lot of respect, and I was able to buy the property almost as soon as it was available, and I'm very confident both myself and the vendor got a good stress free transaction. If I look at buying a house again or was looking to sell, my first call would be to Kristy as I am confident I would get a repeat of this treatment.
