PLG Realty have now rented my property a couple of times and they fully understand the importance of getting it rented as quickly as possible (vacancy costs $$$)! They are experts in pricing rentals and constructing the best advertising to get a property rented quickly. They will even work with the current exiting tennant before they move out to get the property rented with no gap or as little gap as possible. Also they make the whole letting process so easy dealing electronically with all the leasing docs, returning bonds, comprehensive property condition report etc. Best of all Jaye and her team are such a pleasure to deal with and keep me informed all the way as and for me it’s one of my most important requirements as I work in the service industry too and I know what good service looks like!
