Brett has been invaluable during the purchase of our first investment property. it was purchased over the Christmas period, so finance etc became very difficult to manage, and we had to request a few extensions. Brett was very understanding and helped both us and the sellers navigate this period. He has an easy going nature, but gets things done in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely work with Brett again, and would recommend him to others.
