I chose Brett after contacting several agents, after searching through reviews. His reply stood out from the others. Brett is very passionate about selling and providing the best service. Nothing was too much trouble. He had several previous experiences with my apartment block, and was very conversant with its history and sales prices. He recommended sales price was spot on and we managed to improve on it, during a frenzied final day. We received a price at the top end of range. We would certainly use Brett again, which is the highest recommendation. Our unit went under contract 12 days after hitting the internet.
