My experiences with agents, buying and selling properties in the past had all been fairly negative. Not just talking about price results here. A friend recommended Lewis and his team to me. When I first saw Lewis, I questioned myself... "I'm putting the sale of my property in the hands of this young (and a little too good looking) fellow?" However, my first conversation with him demonstrated: 1. Experience and knowledge of the market. 2. A proven track record in the area. 3. He was well-spoken and Intelligent. 4. He didn't overstate the outcome, but was confident of a good result. 5. Alternative strategies for selling that I was unaware of. Over the course of the sale to its conclusion, he and his team communicated and kept me across all developments. I was given reports on all parties interested in the property and their price point. I attended one "Open House" and his team were professional. Buying / selling property is a stressful and anxious time. I felt I was in good hands. Great experience overall. 6 stars really. Oh, and I got a good price.

If you want an agent who knows the market and has good connections, who will answer every call and respond to text immediately, who is patient and understanding but will advise you for best outcome respectfully , then you can use London Kidd and rest assured you will get an outstanding outcome for your property.
