I'm in overseas and Sonya had everything covered to ensure all things are in the right direction throughout the whole process. She is very responsive to calls and always able to talk when needed. Sonya thoughtfully laid out all the preparations from marketing the house to connecting me to legal and accountants, which sometimes could is a hassles when living overseas.
