Kind but communication needs improvement

A very kind agent. Despite the same agent selling the property twice in two years, very little was known about the home being sold. Was unsure on basic questions such as the age of house (when built) size of Kw solar on roof, fridge being plumbed and how/if external cameras and wired intercoms worked. Most correspondence including winning the contract was done via text or email.
