Friendly, diligent, expert knowledge and helpful. Goes the extra mile!

We were comfortable placing an offer for the house Sonya was selling as she had provided quotes and reports from relevant consultants pertaining to the Subject property - contour plans, demolition quote, etc. The due diligence she’d performed prior meant that we didn’t have to research these ourselves. She was pretty transparent throughout the negotiation process - no playing games or time wasting, and most importantly was prompt in her responses. We appreciated that she took the extra initiative to check on the house for us after a hail storm. On another occasion, she wheeled the bins back after garbage pickup day - on her own initiative; we didn’t have to ask. She’d help recommend other consultants (builder, property manager) post settlement. The attention to the small details and follow ups shows she cares and is a respectable professional.
