Simply the best!

Market knowledge. Lyndon knew the market and provided me with the latest information for me to make up my own mind. This is what I expected. Communication. I always knew what was going on. Media used were: face-to-face, text messages, emails, and phone calls. If he could not take my phone call, he always called back after a short time. His communications were always polite with occasional humour, which to me indicates an unusual degree of intelligence. Except for the humour, this is what I expected. Professionalism. Lyndon was always very neatly dressed in a suit and tie. (As a retired academic such dressing says "all show and no substance" to me. I quickly found this prejudice was false.) Lyndon knew what should be done to my place to help it get the best price. Moreover he knew what would not provide a good return on investment, like knew carpets. I had very little idea about such things. Perhaps a good agent would do the same. But Lyndon went further. He knew the relevant trades people and arranged when they should come a fix my flat. All I had to do was pay the trades people. Since I did not know any trades people and organising things is not my strong point, this was a great relief for me. The quality of work was good and the prices were good too. My friends have not heard of an agent arranging such things. Surely only the best agents do this. It made the sale easy and pleasant, rather than stressful and a burden. I recommend Lyndon very highly. He did an outstanding job selling my flat.
