Adam comes from a construction management background, he has been involved in the construction of low rise to medium rise building projects across sydney in the past. Notable Property Group is a boutique real estate agency and the result of my 20 or so years of property experience, selling off-the-plan homes as well as established properties to their second or third home owners in northwest Sydney. My team and I work primarily in Kellyville and in other newly established and growing suburbs in Sydney’s northwest. My career in real estate began in my early twenties as an investor, buying houses and land, and working as a selling agent within my brother’s agency. Following this, I joined an international property exhibition in Indonesia, selling prestigious Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane properties to overseas buyers. I also worked as a CBRE agent and a senior sales agent at property developer Aoyuan International (now known as NOVM), where I consistently received recognition as the top-selling agent of the month, securing buyers for two to three homes per week on average. These varied experiences on a range of projects, working with thousands of buyers, gave me valuable insights into selling real estate. Establishing my own real estate agency in 2022 was the logical next step for me. For my wife Irene and I, living in northwest Sydney is about giving our kids the chance to feel the grass under their feet and enjoy the many outdoor activities within easy reach. We love the family focus of the Kellyville community and the fact that it’s easy to make friends with parents and children of similar ages – the old-fashioned dream of a neighborhood where kids still play on the street is a reality in Kellyville. It’s also a great area for schools and its only a short commute to business districts including Castle Hill, Rouse Hill and Parramatta.
