We would break their services down to few categories - Excellent communication: they are prompt with responses and always ensure all tenants issues and requests are communicated quickly to us so that we could quickly make a decision to address tenants issues and address any misunderstanding. - Trust: we trust them looking after our property. They quickly report issues and provide advices to fix things up and we can be sure that our place is maintained in great conditions. They provide regular check up on the properties and share photos hence we can be ensured that our place is well looked after by the tenant or not. - Service package: we are super impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. They do go above and beyond when there were issues that needed to be addressed quickly We definitely recommend PM Really!
