A good agent to consider at any time!

Highly recommended real estate agent
I've known Ashley since 2006 when he sold me my apartment and because I have absolute trust in him, I asked for his help to sell the same apartment after 12 happy years in it. As per usual, he was extremely helpful and nothing was too difficult or inconvenient for him. He ticked all the boxes from knowledge about the market, to being available and certainly, always friendly. Most importantly for me and my family, he is honest and upfront with information. My family and myself have absolute faith in Ashley and I will be using his services for future property sales in Sydney.

He frankly met and exceeded all my expectations
Following consultations with various agents, I asked Ashley to sell my apartment. At all times he was personable, upfront, professional and had a can do approach with everything. The property sold in about 1/3 of the time for Breakfast Pt, at a price considerably above what other agents told me I could get, his commission rate was v good and he accepted all marketing costs until settlement. When we had a couple of impromptu site visits he helped make the bed, take out the rubbish etc. It was all very easy. Could not rate him high enough. A genuine, normal guy to work with and he knows Breakfast Pt like no one else having sold a lot of the apartments for the developer.
