This is the 6th property that Dorothy Alkemade has sold for us. We just find it such an easy, yet professional process with Dorothy which is why we keep using her. She got us a great price in a really short amount of time. We only had one open which makes life so much easier, the family is put out so much less and this is important when we have 2 young children and the house obviously needs to stay clean and tidy. Dorothy's photographer made our place look wonderful and even after the sale, Dorothy provides great service with any further requests (e.g. negotiating changes to settlement, forwarding section 27 funds, etc). I can not recommend Dorothy highly enough. If you are in any doubt who to use to sell the biggest asset you own then this is the lady to use. Very competitive commission, gets a great price in a short amount of time and contactable at almost any time (to both you and prospective buyers). You can't ask for more!

Sorry for the similar review but they were three blocks of land on the same development. I sold 3 blocks of land and 1 house on this site through Dorothy and despite land being more difficult than a house to sell Dorothy sold this block the third weekend it was on the market (the house wasn't even finished or on the market when she had an accepted offer and the other 2 blocks she had already sold). Dorothy sells all our properties in Mt Eliza and this is just because I find her to be really, really good at what she does. Many agents' phones go to message bank when you ring them, regardless of being a vendor or potential purchaser, the difference is that Dorothy answers hers, even if its only to say she will get straight back to you, and she does. I always give Dorothy a challenge on the price I want to get and without fail she gets it! She has done this successfully at least 7 times. Dorothy has a passion for real estate and it shows. She does whatever it takes to sell a place, e.g. she works after hours which is important because when someone wants to put in an offer, it's important to get them to sign up then and there, not tomorrow or the next day. She has been known to come to our own house at 8pm to finalise a sale. Seriously she is up there with the best. I will continue to use her for all our future sales.

From the beginning, Dorothy was committed to achieving the best result for our family.
